Withdrawal of orders
You have a right to return the goods in 14 days, valid from the day receiving the package.
Returned goods must be in the original and authentic condition as you received them.
Goods can be tried on but cannot be used or treated in a way that reduces the products quality and value.
Returned goods cannot smell of smoke, perfume etc., and no hair must not be found as it lowers product value.
You must pay the costs regarding the return of the goods.

NOTE: The goods must not be sent to a postal box or post office.
Complaints and contact
in accordance with the Danish Sales of Goods Act, you have a two year right of complaint, covering
material or manufacturing events that were found during the normal use of the product.
Wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect behavior are not subjects of complaints.
